Do you only work in Victoria?
We're based in Victoria and serve the entire Greater Victoria area, including Saanich, Oak Bay, Central Saanich, North Saanich, Sidney, View Royal, Esquimalt and Langford. Our work ranges from new construction to renovations and remodeling.
For custom home builds, we also work farther up Vancouver Island, as far as Tofino, and throughout the Gulf Islands. We have extensive experience building on the Gulf Islands and understand the logistics involved, including ferry transportation, material deliveries, crew accommodation and trade coordination. We plan for these early so your budget and schedule are realistic from the start.
What kind of construction do you do?
Our expertise is in residential and commercial general contracting. We have access to a vast network of service providers and tradespeople; as such, the sky's the limit in terms of what we can build. We offer a wide range of construction services, including custom home building, residential and commercial construction, home additions, and kitchen and bathroom renovations.
How much do your services cost?
Calculating the cost of a project depends on the extent of the project itself. We take into account hours of labour, materials needed, and whether Live Out Allowance is required. Contact us about your specific project and we can work with you to build a budget.

What if I want to make a change after work has started?
We understand that your vision can evolve, and we're happy to adapt as the project progresses. When you request a change, we'll explain any expected cost increases or savings, and how it may affect the schedule, materials and other work. We always share this clearly before moving ahead, so you have what you need to make an informed decision.
How do you pronounce "Vineuve"?
"Vineuve" is a made-up word with a story. We pronounce it something like "vin-oov."
How do you handle health and illness on site?
We follow WorkSafeBC's communicable disease prevention guide on every project, and our team stays home when unwell. We're also happy to adapt to your household's needs. Just let us know what helps you feel comfortable.
How do you keep job sites safe?
Safety is part of every task, every day. Our crews hold weekly safety meetings, reassess hazards whenever site conditions change, and receive ongoing training in safety standards and good work practices. This commitment is built into our company culture, starting with management. Everyone is encouraged and supported to raise concerns, refuse unsafe work, and speak up for their own safety and the safety of others. Through careful planning, clear communication, proper protective equipment and well-maintained work areas, we work together to protect each other, our clients, visitors and everyone on site, from initial preparation to final cleanup.
